Clinical Psychology · USEK · 2013
This thesis explores personality traits and university specialisation among Lebanese female students, with a particular focus on students choosing psychology. Using the Alter Ego personality inventory, it compares personality profiles across academic fields and considers their relevance to educational and career guidance. The work connects personality theory, individual differences, and the wider context of academic decision-making.

This quantitative MBA study examined relationships between occupational stress, job satisfaction, and job motivation among employees at the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik. A 21-item survey using five-point Likert scales collected responses from 144 participants. The presentation reports confirmatory factor analysis and reliability assessment, and negative relationships between occupational stress and job satisfaction and motivation. These survey findings describe associations rather than establishing causation. The study considers the role of organisational support and teamwork in employees’ working experience.
